put evidence on a bnet object

1	put_evidence.bnet(object, evidence, store.old = T, propagate = T)

`object`	a bnet object
`evidence`	numeric with names or list, the value of evidence
`store.old`	logical
`propagate`	logical, see details

If propagate is set to TRUE, the evidence will be naively propagate, that is propagate just to the direct child.
