ghosoya/ludwig: Simulating and Estimating Undirected Binary Networks Using the Pseudolikelihood Method
The package provides some basic functions for simulating, estimating, plotting and cross-validating binary networks. The estimation function is using the 'glmnet' package. The plotting function is using the 'qgraph' package. Bayesian estimation is added via JAGS.
