metric_type_mapping: Mapping of source-specific metrics into STANDARD_METRICS

This table is extracted as-is from the Playax database and maps source-specific
metric types ('metric_type_from' column) into STANDARD_METRICS
indices ('metric_type_to' column). A third column, 'aggregation_function',
describes whether the metric is cumulative or not.
