Facilitates the comparison of two survival distributions by estimating the log hazard ratio under the Cox regression model and a non-parametric efficacy measure: difference or ratio of cumulative hazard, milestone survival, survival percentile, or restricted mean survival time. Computes the asymptotic variance- covariance matrix of the effect estimates. Provided with theoretical survival experiences, it can also facilitate study design by calculating the asymptotic mean and covariance.
