Description

Create object with complete survival assumptions (accrual, survival, and censoring distribution).

Arguments

size

Sample size.

accrual_time

Duration of accrual.

accrual_dist

Accrual distribution. Default is 'uniform'. Alternatively, 'truncexp' allows for a truncated exponetial distribution as proposed by Lachin and Foulkes (1986). Depending on the value of accrual_param, this distribution is either convex or concave.

accrual_param

Parameter for accrual distribution. Used only if accrual_dist='truncexp'. For accrual_param>0, the accrual distribution is convex, whereas for accrual_param<0, the accrual distribution is concave.

follow_time

Duration of follow-up.

total_time

Total duration of study.

surv_median

Median for exponential survival distribution.

surv_exphazard

Hazard rate for exponential survival distribution.

surv_milestone

Vector of time and milestone survival.

loss_rate

Rate of patients lost to follow-up (probability).

loss_median

Median for exponential censoring distribution.

loss_exphazard

Hazard rate for exponential censoring distribution.

loss_milestone

Vector of time and milestone censoring.

Value

An object with classes "list" and "survdist".
