Get Cohort Characterization Information
Usage
1
getCharacterization(baseUrl, characterizationId, generationIds = NULL)
Arguments
baseUrl
The base URL for the WebApi instance, for example:
"http://server.org:80/WebAPI".
characterizationId
The id of the cohort characterization in Atlas
generationIds
(Optional) A list CDM generation ids.
cdmDatabaseSchemas
(Optional) A list of CDM Database schemas (fully specified) for a CDM instance in WebAPI, as defined in the
Configuration page. Source Key will be derived from cdmDatabases.
