Get generation ids for a Cohort Characterization ID
Latest generation id's are flagged
Usage

getCharacterizationGenerationIds(baseUrl, characterizationId, sourceKey = NULL)
Arguments
baseUrl
The base URL for the WebApi instance, for example:
"http://server.org:80/WebAPI".
characterizationId
The id of the cohort characterization in Atlas
sourceKey
(Optional) A list of sourceKey in WebAPI, as defined in the Configuration page.
