scorecard_produce: Produces scorecard tables
In greatgray/scorecard: GGCM Model Performance Scorecard

Reads a scorecard workspace file and produces a set of colored table scorecards.

1	scorecard_produce(scorecard_dir = NA, scorecard_ws = NA)

`scorecard_dir`	the scorecard output directory for scorecard images
`scorecard_ws`	the workspace file path to read, or NA to use the most recent workspace found in the `scorecard.dir` directory.

nothing, side effects are writing PNG plots to the directory
