This package includes R-Scripts named "basicScripts" because they will be used in more than one analysis. This Package can be extended if some scripts seem usefull for multiple analysis. The package currently includes define.catt RuntimeC-class + connected methods (needs library(methods)) inst.load.packages links.genecards multiplot (usefull only with library(ggplot2)) sample.percentage printPlotlist make.textable list.make.textable source.function
