Description

Does cluster analysis and report an index of cluster

clust_ana(ans, k, distm = "euclidean", hclustm = "ward.D", na.rm = FALSE)

Arguments

ans

data matrix

k

number of clusters

distm

Dissimilarity index, partial match to "manhattan", "euclidean"(default), "canberra", "bray", "kulczynski", "jaccard", "gower", "altGower", "morisita", "horn", "mountford", "raup" , "binomial", "chao", "cao" or "mahalanobis".

hclustm

the agglomeration method to be used. This should be (an unambiguous abbreviation of) one of "ward.D"(default), "ward.D2", "single", "complete", "average" (= UPGMA), "mcquitty" (= WPGMA), "median" (= WPGMC) or "centroid" (= UPGMC).

na.rm

Pairwise deletion of missing observations when computing dissimilarities.
