What is this?
This is a R package including various types of helper functions.
This package includes the following functions.
- Additional colour set and colour palettes
- cold colors, green colors, and blue-red colors
- CUD (color universal design) v3 color palet
- Functions for histgram data
- Smoothing
- Peak detection
- Axis translation
- Additional plot functions
- Vector field plot
- Triangl vector filed plot
- And much utility functions...
Install
In order to install hmRlib, please use install_github function in "devtools" package.

install_github("hmito/hmRLib")
