Arguments
path
File path to COG mappings (.txt downloaded file)
Value
A data.frame with three columns: 'ssp_id' (species ID from NCBI), 'protein_id'
(the ENSEMBL peptide ID) and 'cog_id' (COG ID from STRINGdb).
