ibn-salem/genepair: Functions to Analyse Pairs of Genomic Elements like Genes.

This package provides several functions to analyse pairs of genomic elements. For exmaple the function applytoClosePairs can calculate efficiently correlation of gene expression across many gene pairs that are within a certain distance on the same chromosome.
