icb-knowing/biomapr: ID Mapping for Biology
Maps common identifiers for genes, transcripts and proteins onto each other. Supports NCBI Gene, ENSEMBL, RefSeq and UniProt. Returns the detailed path for each mapping. All data is acquired from the Knowing Health Cell Map API.
