In ices-tools-prod/icesTAF: Functions to Support the ICES Transparent Assessment Framework

Status: OK (local) / Error (win.builder) - see note
- This is an update of an existing package with a strong dependency on the
package: TAF - a new version of which is currently being distributed accross the CRAN servers. The new version breaks icesTAF and this version addresses this.
The two packages TAF and icesTAF are developed in tandem, and releases are coordinated.
NOTE:
Package required and available but unsuitable version: 'TAF'

manual.
