Draw parameters for the CRBD model
Description
To ensure that λ >> μ, parameters are drawn as follow:

λ in (min(lambda.lim), max(lambda.lim))
-
μ in (0, 0.9 λ)
Usage
drawParamCRBD(lambda.lim)
Arguments
lambda.lim
speciation rate boundaries (vector)
