169000, 170000, 12000, 13000 (xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax) using the Ordance
Survey GB Grid Reference system (CRS: +init=epsg:27700) derived from
Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) imagery
