Description
ExWAS plotter
Usage
exwasplotF(exwas, type, thld_pvalue = NULL)
Arguments
exwas
dsExWAS_meta or dsExWAS_pooled Object produced by the ds.exwas function
type
character Type of plot "manhattan" for a manhattan plot (p-values),
"effect" for a plot of the exposures effects.
thld_pvalue
numeric Significance P.value threshold to visualize. If NULL, the exwas
alpha corrected will be used
