Get isotopic distributions
Description
Wrapper for bacollite ms_iso.
Calculates theoretical isotopic deistributions for a list of
sequences
Usage
get_isodists(seqs, ndeam, nhyds, norm_func, long_format = F)
Arguments
nhyds
Integer, vector
q2e
Optional q2e value to calculate the theoretical distribution of
a peptide with this extent of deamidation
Value
Array of intensity distributions, without the masses
