A data frame 59871 rows and 17 variables:

Longitude and Latitude of the centre point of the
0.5 degree cell.
- sagetype
Landscape type, source http://sage.wisc.edu/.
- Tmean
Annual mean temperature.
- Tmomin
Mean temperature of the coldest month.
- Tmomax
Mean temperature of the warmest month.
- PET
Thornthwaite's Potential Evapotranspiration
calculated with PEThorn with options
heatlimitUSA=FALSE and daylimit50=FALSE.
- Cont
Conrad's thermal continentality index.
- Prectot
Total annual precipitation in mm.
- Precsummer
Precipitation in summer half-year.
- PEdiff
Difference PET - Prectot.
- PrecCV
Coefficient of variation of monthly precipitation.
- PEratio
Ratio of Prectot/PET. This is taken as
1 if PET == 0.
- Precsummerat
Ratio of Precsummer and Prec.
- PETHar, PETHarM
Hargreaves PET and modified Hargreaves PET
calculated with hargreaves (SPEI package).
- TDayRange
Mean difference of daily minimum and maximum
temperatures.
