A matrix of capture data for 33 individuals at 103 traps.

traplocs

A matrix of UTM coordinates for 103 traps.

edf

An encounter dataframe of the captures (occasion and sex were randomly assigned).

tdf

A trap dataframe to go with the edf.

K

The number (5) of trapping occasions/surveys used to collect capture data.

ss

A dataframe of UTM coordinates for the 4,341 state-space pixels, each 1 km x 1 km, buffering the trap array by ~10 km.

elevation

A vector of standardized elevation values for the 4,341 state-space pixels.

teldata

A dataframe of GPS locational data for 3 individual bears, including the animal ID, date, time, and coordinates in both lat/lon and UTM.
