Get identification table from a mzIdentifyClass object.

Usage

getIdentificationTable2(object, candidate.num = 3, type = c("old",
  "new"))

Arguments

object	mzIdentifyClass object.
candidate.num	The number of candidates.
type	The type of identification table.

Value

A identification table (data.frame).
