jcbeer/longCombat: Longitudinal ComBat for Harmonizing Multi-batch Longitudinal Data

longCombat implements ComBat ("combating batch effects when combining batches") harmonization in the linear mixed model framework using the lme4 package. It has functions to visualize batches over time, visualize and test for additive (using pbkrtest package) and multiplicative batch effects, and implement longitudinal ComBat for harmonization.
