Description
PCA chunk.
Usage
pca_chunk(grp.var, proj.nm, covars = NULL, elst = FALSE)
Arguments
grp.var
Variable name in pheno for group.
proj.nm
Name of project to paste into filenames.
covars
Variable name in pheno for covariates.
elst
Logical indicating if expression object an EList.
