Calculate and plot surge capacity metrics from SurgeSim simulations
Details
The package provides four types of benchmark plots:
"Length of Stay"
"Patient Volumes"
"Benchmarks"
"Triage Accuracy"
The package requires a configuration object mydf2config which can be written
to the environment with the function mydf2config_make
The package requires the SurgeSim Datamine MySQL table, which is included in
the surgesim database required for the simulation. The database is updated
after each simulation so it may be necessary to obtain the most current
version
