Class Proteome.
Description
An S4 class to represent a whole proteome for dagLogo analysis.
Slots
proteomeA data frame.
typeA character vector of length 1. Available options :"UniProt", and
"fasta".
speciesA character vector of length 1, such as a conventional Latin name for
a species.
Objects from the Class
Objects can be created by calls of the form
new("Proteome", proteome, type, species).
