Description
Prepare an objective function using MakeADFun.
Usage
spatq_obj(setup, runSymbolicAnalysis = TRUE, normalize = TRUE, ...)
Arguments
setup
a spatq_setup object
runSymbolicAnalysis
Use Metis reorderings? (Requires special
installation of TMB; see documentation.)
normalize
Normalize GMRF likelihoods?

Value
