RMSEtest: Generic function to build RMSEtest

Allow the user to specify a formula for generating a binomial dependent variable

Getting an RMSEtest on a train object

Usage

RMSEtest(mod, testdata, ...)

## S3 method for class 'train'
RMSEtest(mod, testdata, ...)

Arguments

mod	A model object to generate an RMSEit for
testdata	A dataframe to generate the ROC for the mode on
...	optional additional parameters.

Details

The object has the following items

• bestFit - best results from train

• RMSE - best RMSE

• datatype - whether the ROC was computed on the "train" or the "test" data

• modtype - the class of the model object

• modcall - the call to the model fitting function

Value

A RMSEit object
