Get sacct info on certain jobs.
Usage

stain_ssh_sacct(user, host, job_ids)
Arguments
user
The user on your remote host.
host
The static ip address or url for the remote host.
job_ids
A collection of job ids for which to fetch statuses.
Value
A data frame with columns corresponding to those produced
by the sacct --brief --jobs command.
