plots image and buttons

1	basic_plot(image, xlim = NULL, ylim = NULL, buttons, button_cols, n)

`image`	path to image
`xlim`	subset of image to plot. Default plots all x
`ylim`	subset of image to plot. Default plots all y
`n`	number of image
