Species distribution models are becoming increasingly popular in ecology,
with 'Maxent' leading the pack of commonly used algorithms. The
rmaxent package permits efficient projection of fitted 'Maxent' models
without relying on 'Java'. It also provides some utility functions that
simplify extraction of model information, and summarise results.
