geoutils
This package provides the basic tools to work with climate model data in NetCDF form. The utility functions provided in this package cover a wide range of applications and range from simple text modification helpers (capitalise first letter of first word) to a function reading in CMIP5 model output from different experiment, collating historical and RCP time series and performing basic quality checking.
