syncReports: Sync Reports to shared drive

If cfg environment variable is set, this function will generate csv reports and sync to the shared drive
Usage

syncReports(..., syncToShared = T)
Arguments
syncToShared
flag to sync results to sample tracking folder, set to F for debugging
