Format
A list of n dataframes containing the following variables:
- Compound
Library drug name
- Plate
Library drug plate
- Dose
Library drug dosage
- Row
Which row the library drug/dose is located on
- Column
Which column the library drug/dose is located on
- Anchor
Anchor drug name
- AnchorDose
Anchor drug dosage
- RawScore
The raw HTS plate response
- normalized
Cell viability, calculated as (raw score / mean DMSO score) * 100
- inhibition
Percent inhibition, calculated as 100 - cell viability
