Predict carbohydrate metabolism
Description
The function mappes the taxa in your samples to the CAZy database and predicts the abundance of taxa producing carbohydrate-active enzymes.
Usage
CAZy(genus.table)
Arguments
genus.table
The organised genus-level taxonomic table.
