Description
Plot indicating how regionscore is influenced by including more PCOs
Usage
plotpcoreg(eigenvals, nvert, namelabel, regiondata, noregions)
Arguments
eigenvals
Eigenvalues from PCO
nvert
Number of vertebrae
namelabel
Label for plot (specimen name)
regiondata
Segmented regression models for specimen from compileregions
noregions
Maximum number of regions
Details
Plots cumulative variance (line), regionscore based on each separate PCO (black) and regionscore based
on cumulative PCOs (red)
