Usage

EILA_from_pcadapt(geno, pop, ancestral.1, ancestral.2, admixed, position)
Arguments
geno
a genotype matrix.
pop
a vector of integers.
ancestral.1
an integer.
ancestral.2
an integer.
admixed
an integer.
position
a numerical vector.
