get_nitrogen_fluxes: Get nitrogen fluxes in and out of soil from a hop object

Description

Gets nitrogen fluxes in and our of soil from a hop object. Used within hisafe cycle functions.

Usage

get_nitrogen_fluxes(hop, profile, crop.names, for.plot = TRUE)

Arguments

hop	An object of class hop or face.
profile	An character string indicating from which profile to pull flux data. Either "cells" or "plot".
crop.names	A character vector of length 2 containing the names to use in the legend for the mainCrop and interCrop of Hi-sAFe, in that order.
for.plot	A logical indicating whether the fluxes to retreive are for plot_hisafe_cycle_ts or not.

Value

A tibble with extracted and calculated nitrogen fluxes.
