Implements methods to integrate multi-omics data to detect joint associations and/or pleiotropy effects across multiple GWAS and/or QTL studies, with possibly overlapping samples. It can also be used more broadly beyond GWAS and QTL studies to infer multi-way associations using summary statistics from multiple data types or sources.
To estimate the posterior probabilities of belonging to each association pattern,
either user the wrapper function Primo, or directly call
Primo_tstat (for t-statistics) or Primo_pval (for P-values).
