Details

The VisiumHD object is based on the SpatialMethod class and contains the following specifications:

• method_specifics: A list with the following elements:

  • ccd: Center to center distance, which is a character value.

  • square_res: Square resolution, which is a character value.

• observational_unit: The unit of observation, which is "spot".

• unit: The SI unit used, which is "mm".

• version: The version of the SPATA2 package being used.

• name: The name of the spatial method, which is "VisiumHD".
