Extracts the results from assessAutoencoderOptions().
Usage
getAutoencoderAssessment(object, of_sample = NA)
Arguments
object
A valid spata-object.
Value
A data.frame containing the total variance measured by irlba::prcomp_irlba() after each
combination of activations/bottlenecks.
