The goal of DeconvoBuddies
is to provide helper functions for the
deconvolution process
Get the latest stable R
release from
CRAN. Then install DeconvoBuddies
using
from Bioconductor the following code:
if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE)) {
install.packages("BiocManager")
}
BiocManager::install("DeconvoBuddies")
And the development version from GitHub with:
BiocManager::install("LieberInstitute/DeconvoBuddies")
