lawlerem/staRVe: Spatio-Temporal Analysis of Research surVEy data

Fits hierarchical spatio-temporal generalized linear mixed models to point-referenced data in discrete time. Models are fit using maximum likelihood inference via the TMB (Template Model Builder) package. This package interfaces with the sf (simple features), raster, and stars spatial data packages for ease of use. In addition to inference, models can be used to simulate data or predict at unobserved locations and/or at unobserved times.
