LinkRank Modularity Matrix

Description

Generates a matrix with contributions to LinkRank Modularity, according to Kim et al. [1].

Usage

LinkRankModMatrix(L, pr)

Arguments

L

LinkRank Matrix. Output of LinkRank function

pr

PageRank vector. Output of pageRank function

Details

This function generates a matrix with contributions to the LinkRank Modularity. A more detailed description can be found in [1].

Value

LinkRank Modularity Matrix, where the element [i,j] is the contribution to LinkRank Modularity if nodes i and j are assigned to the same community
