Arguments
full_path
entire path to shapefile ending in .shp, i.e. what you would pass to readShapeSpatial
Value
the shapefile, class SpatialPolygonsDataFrame
Note
This is to keep up-to-date and use rgdal:readOGR instead of the now unsupported maptools::readShapeSpatial
