lgatto/msGUI: Interactive mass spectrometry data visualisation
msGUI is a simple graphical user interface to visualise and browse raw mass spectrometry data. It reads data straight from mzData, mzXML and mzML and also supports MSnExp instances. It allows users to navigate MS1 and/or higher level spectra as well as displaying extracted ion chromatograms.
