Description
The msGUI interface allows one to browser MS spectra and
display extracted ion chromatograms from raw data files.
Additional parameters ... are device (default is
"png") and verbose (default is FALSE).
Methods
signature(object = "missing", ...)-
Opens the graphical interface without displaying any data.
signature(object = "character", ...)-
object is the name of a mzData, mzXML or
mzML file to be open and dispayed.
