Write a tree to file in Nexus format
Description
Writes one or multiple phylogenetic trees to file in NEXUS format.
Somewhat redundant with write.nexus.
Usage
writeNexus(tree, file="")
Arguments
tree
object of class "phylo" or "multiPhylo".
file
file name for output.
Value
Trees written to file.
