Description
The functions post processes the output of the burden calculation.
Usage
post_processing_burden(sqr_preds_full, data_matrix, parms)
Arguments
sqr_preds_full
a dataframe of ID variables at 1/6 degree resolution
data_matrix
a matrix output from wrapper_to_replicate_R0_and_burden.
parms
list of user-defined parameters.
