In lubianat/wcit: Which Cell is That (WCIT) points out the likely cell identity from a list of markers

wcit

This package is intended to process list of gene markers detected in single cell studies. A list of genes (e. g. markers from clusters) are crossed with databases to guide the inference of marker-based cell identities.
